We have one more packaging line finished installtion in our client factory .The whole line incuding 6 sets small vffs bag forming filling sealing packaging machine for 50gram Buckwheat Flour then bagging into big pre-made zipper bag .Each 16 pcs 50gram bag packing into one big zipper bag .The whole line are full automatic from small bag forming ,powder filling ,bag sealing ,bag conveying ,Bag feeding into big weighing machine and then each 16 small bag packing into one big zipper bag .

1, Samll bag forming filling packaging machine .This part including the raw material hopper ,Incline screw feeding machine .Middle buffer hopper ,and horizontal feeding screw for send all raw material to 6 sets Auger measruing machine
The finished bag are small powder bag
Secondary part is for middle conveyor line .including the vibrate and horizontal conveyor for collecting all the small bag to feeding conveyor to next step
